Terms of Service
These Terms of Service describe the basic rules for using VertaXiom mobile apps, creative tools, automation systems, websites, and digital products. By using a VertaXiom product, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws, app store rules, and any app-specific terms or instructions.
Use of VertaXiom Products
VertaXiom products are provided for their intended features and supported use cases. You are responsible for how you use each app or digital product, including any content, files, prompts, settings, or outputs you create, import, export, or share.
Mobile Apps and Digital Products
Some VertaXiom products may be distributed through mobile app stores or other digital platforms. Platform terms, store policies, device requirements, and payment or subscription rules may also apply depending on where and how you access a product.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use VertaXiom products for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or security-compromising activity. VertaXiom products, branding, design, software, and related materials are owned by VertaXiom or its licensors, except for content or materials that users own or are otherwise authorized to use. These terms do not transfer ownership of VertaXiom intellectual property.

Availability and Changes

No Misuse

To the fullest extent allowed by law, VertaXiom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of VertaXiom products. Products are provided with reasonable care, but no digital product can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every situation.

VertaXiom may update these Terms of Service as products, legal requirements, or operational practices change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date.
